PACKAGE TYPES

E WAVE

Due to the high number of grooves per meter, it gives the best results in Micro Wave (E) printing, which has excellent surface crush resistance, compared to all other wave types. It is also lightweight. It is used in non-durable consumer goods and gift packaging. It is not suitable for box making. The number of grooves per meter is 275-310, the height of the groove is between 1.15mm – 1.65mm.

B WAVE

B wave, which is more durable than the others, has a more suitable surface for printing than the others, despite the superficial crushing due to the low corrugation heights and wave spacings. It is widely used in the production of molded boxes in the packaging of all kinds of products, especially products that are carriers. In thin waves, the number of grooves per meter varies between 150-184, and the height of the grooves varies between 2.1 mm and 2.9 mm.

C WAVE

This wave type, which emerges after the B wave and has the good features of both, is a good carrier. It gives good results in printing. The number of grooves per meter in the coarse wave varies between 120-145, and the height of the groove varies between 3.5 mm and 3.7 mm.

EB WAVE

It is produced as a duplex (Double) wave consisting of the operation of one Micro and One Fine wave machine from the corrugated line. The number of grooves per meter varies between 150 and 184, and the height is between 4.2 mm and 5.8 mm.

BC WAVE

It is produced as a duplex (double) wave consisting of the operation of one Fine and one Large wave machine from the corrugated line. The number of grooves per meter varies between 120 and 145, and the height is between 7 mm and 7.4 mm.
